For you to make the best use of your aNinja app, aNinja created a help section that’s located in the left sidebar.

How to get help?

In the Help section, you can reach the setup guide to easily startup with aNinja. You will find info about aNinja features in the Knowledge Base. You can also reach us for assistance with your questions and inquiries. And there a list of Keyboard Shortcuts.

  • Setup guide
    • Follow the steps to start-up with your aNinja app.
  • Knowledge base
    • You can find the answers to your questions about all aNinja features. Click on Knowledge Base and type your search in the search bar. The system brings you the knowledge base articles relevant to your search.

  • Open a ticket
    • Fill the fields to create a ticket with your question.
      • Choose the type of your question.
      • Fill the subject of the ticket (required field).
      • Fill the description of the problem (required field).
    • Click open ticket.
    • Your ticket will be sent to our ticketing system.
    • Our agents will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Send us an email
    • You can always reach us at and an agent will contact you within 24 hours.

  • Keyboard Shortcuts
    • These shortcuts help you navigate through the app easily.
