The Left Sidebar

The left sidebar is the control center for navigating your aNinja app. You can access any feature by clicking on its icon.

aNinja features on the left sidebar

• Dashboard
  • The dashboard gives you a deep view of your system using Widgets.
• Inbox
  • The inbox is a dynamic view of your tasks,  and the incoming emails, texts, chatbot messages, missed calls,  and voicemails.
• Leads
  • The Leads View is a centralized view of all your leads, created or imported.
• Automation 
  • aNinja automation are Templates, Sequences, Triggers that you create sequentially to launch email or text sequences based on a certain condition happening on a special event.
• Marketing 
  • In the marketing feature, you can create Forms and Chat bot and embed them on your website to collect leads into your aNinja account.
• Reports
  • Get reports on your aNinja’s activities and interactions, by user, in a selected period.
• Settings
  • Manage the system settings for the best use of aNinja’s features.
• System Notifications
  • Here, we post the changes and updates we make to the system so you’re aware of them.
• Help 
  • Get details on aNinja features and answers to your questions by checking our knowledge base articles.
