Creating Text & Email Sequences

Creating Text & Email Sequences allows the automation of scheduled sequences of texts or emails.

Creating Text Sequences

    • Go ahead and click on the help (?) icon next to Sequences. It will redirect you to a short youtube video to get an overview of the sequences.

Creating Text & Email Sequences

  • Here, click on Add Text Sequence

  • Give a name to your text sequence.
  • And add each step to your text sequence:
    • Select when you want the sequence step to be sent out:
      • If you want to send out the step as soon as you launch the sequence, choose “Immediately”.
      • Otherwise, define the number of days after which you want the step to be sent out.
    • And choose which text template you want to use.
  • Lastly, you can add a new text template. Just click on the link View template.

  • On the left sidebar, click on Automations > Sequences
    • Go ahead and click on the help (?) icon next to Sequences. It will redirect you to a short youtube video to get an overview of the sequences.
  • Then, click on Add Email Sequence
  • Give a name to your email sequence.
  • And add each step to your email sequence:
    • Select when you want the sequence step to be sent out:
      • If you want to send out the step as soon as you launch the sequence, choose to send after a delay of 0 days from launch.
      • Otherwise, define the number of days after which you want the step to be sent out.
    • And choose which email template you want to use.
  • Lastly, you can add a new email template. Just click on the link View template.

 

So, creating text & email sequences allows you to use them in your triggers to target your leads and turn them into clients!

Active email or text Sequences

Active email or text sequences of a lead show you the sequences this lead is enrolled in.

Overview of email or text sequences

To launch a text or email sequence in aNinja, you want to follow these steps:

  • First, create emails or text templates
  • Then, create an email to text Sequence with at least one step. Choose to send after a delay of zero days if you want your sequence to launch immediately.
  • Afterwards, you can choose to either send your sequence to a single lead or in bulk sequence.
  • In this article, we show you how to send your sequences to a single lead and how to view the active sequences this lead is enrolled in.

Launching a sequence to a lead

  • Go to the lead view
  • Then, on the left side of the page, scroll all the way down to find the Active Email Sequences / Active Text Sequences.

  • To create an email/text sequence, just click on the plus sign (+). As a result, this will open a new email/text window in the lead interactions on the same page.

  • Go ahead and select an email or text sequence.
  • To send the sequence, click on start.
  • To cancel it, just click on the recycle bin.

Viewing Active Email / Text sequences for a lead

  • Go to the lead view
  • On the left side of the page, scroll down to find the Active Email Sequences or Active Text Sequences. Here, you can see all the email/text sequences sent to this lead.
  • Thereafter, to see details of the sequences in which this lead is enrolled and the steps reached, just click on “Show previous“.
