What’s Zapier?

Zapier is a tool that allows you to connect web apps together. An integration between two apps is called a Zap. And a Zap is made up of a Trigger and one or more Actions. Whenever the trigger happens in one app, Zapier will automatically perform the action in another app.

Setting Up a Zap in Zapier

  • After setting up the first Trigger of the Zap, select “Webhooks by Zapier” to post into aNinja.
  • Choose Action Event
    • aNinja only supports receiving leads using a request because POST is more secure than GET.

  • Then, we need to find aNinja API Key
  • Under Submission URL field put:
    • https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY
      • Example:  https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=sample123-6yauyue5e
    • Enter the Posting URL
      – Copy & Paste in the Posting URL from above

Mapping
  • Start mapping the data. Use the “+” icon in Zapier to choose the information that you’d like to map.
  • The “Data” field should be the aNinja Field Name.
  • Please note your field mappings may look different than the example screenshot below.

* For adding a custom field, simply add “Custom.” before the data field. For example Custom.source would automatically create a custom field and map data in your aNinja account.

Customizing
  • After mapping, you can skip these fields, as there is no need to make any alterations to these fields in Zapier.

Test & Continue
  • Next, review the data you’re trying to map and test!
  • Lastly, if there is any failure or error, please update the data accordingly.

Where does the imported data appear?

After the integration, you can search your aNinja CRM for the imported leads. You can also search for any custom field, opportunities, and any other info that you have imported.

  • Lead’s contact appear in the leads contact section in the lead view

Integrating Leadsbridge with aNinja

  • In your Leadsbridge dashboard, click on Add New under Bridges
  • Under Let’s Start!
    • First, name the Bridge
    • Then, select Leads Ads under Select Source
    • Here, select Webooks under Select Destination
    • And choose Create New Destination under the dropdown
    • Lastly, click Next
  • Under Source
    • Select the Facebook Ad Account
    • Here, choose the Facebook Page
    • Then, select the Facebook Form
    • Lastly, click Next
  • Here, we need to find your aNinja API key
  • Under URL field put:
    • http://leads.ppl-labs.com/redirector_leadbridge_aninja.php?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY
      • Example:  https://leads.aninja.com/redirector_leadbridge_aninja.php?apikey=sample123-6yauyue5e
  • Under Destination
    • Select POST under Method
    • And Update your Leadsbridge API
    • Then, click Next
  • Under Destination
    • Toggle Active? to Yes, if you need email notification
    • And, click Next
  • Under Fields Mapping
    • Click Next
  • Under Test
    • Click on Test Now
    • Then, Select YES under Lead Access permissions
    • Lastly, click Save & Publish

Zapier aNinja Integration

In this article, we show you how Zapier aNinja integration can be done.

What’s Zapier?

Integrating Contact Form 7 with aNinja

In this article, we show you how integrating Contact Form 7 with aNinja can be easily done.

Integrating Contact Form 7 with aNinja

  • Go to Plugins
  • Install and then activate the following plugin “Forms: 3rd-Party Integration
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/forms-3rdparty-integration/
  • Under Contact go to 3rd party Services. And click on Add Another Service
  • Here, we need to get your aNinja API Key
  • Under Submission URL field put:
    • https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY
      • Example: https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=sample123-6yauyue5e
  • Fill in the Service Name and Submission URL as shown below
  • Then, select the Contact Form to integrate them
  • Here, map the form fields as shown and Check “Is Value?
  • Lastly, click Save
  • Afterward, your integration between your selected contact form 7 forms and aNinja is complete. As a result, all form submissions will be injected into aNinja as new leads.

Integrating Gravity Forms with aNinja

Gravity Forms is an easy to use form-building plugin. When integrating Gravity Forms with aNinja, the collected information will be sent to your aNinja account creating a new lead with every form submission.

  • Go to Add-Ons under Forms
  • Click on Webhooks under the form settings
  • Click on Add New under Webhooks Feeds
  •  Here, we need to get your aNinja API key
  • Fill in the field values as provided in the screenshot below
  • In Feed Settings, under Request URL field put:
    • https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=YOUR_API_KEY
      • Example:  https://aninja.com/api/v1/contactform/?apikey=sample123-6yauyue5e
      • Click Update Settings
  • Your integration between Gravity forms and aNinja is now complete. And all form submissions will be injected into aNinja as new leads.

Integrate Clickfunnels with aNinja, and forward leads into your aNinja account simply using a programming code or an API.

  • Login to your Clickfunnels account.
  • Choose the existing funnel you want to integrate into aNinja.
  • Then, go to the settings
  • Here, on the settings page, click on “Manage Your Funnel Webhooks”
  • Now, click the “+ New Webhook” button to add a new webhook
  • Here, we need to get your aNinja API key  
  • In Clickfunnels, URL field put:
    • https://aninja.com/api/v1/clickfunnels/YOUR_API_KEY/?direct=true
      • Example:  https://aninja.com/api/v1/clickfunnels/sample123-6yauyue5e/?direct=true
  • Then, in the EVENT field choose “All Events
  • And, in the VERSION field choose 1
  • In the ADAPATER field choose “json
  • Lastly, click the button CREATE FUNNEL WEBHOOK
